1.1 Refunds or returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:
1.1.1 Items delivered does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.

18.104.22.168 In the event that above criteria have been met the item/s will be exchanged or refunded without any additional charges.

1.1.3 Guarantee / Warrantee claims

188.8.131.52 Guarantee and warrantee claims will be handled according to each manufacturer or supplier’s own policy.

1.1.4 Cancellation of orders
220.127.116.11 Orders can only be cancelled for refund or exchange within 7 working days.

22.214.171.124 Cancellation of orders will be liable of a cancellation fee which is equivalent to any costs incurred for processing of the order i.e shipping costs, bank charges etc.
