1.1 Refunds or returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:
1.1.1 Items delivered does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.
220.127.116.11 In the event of products delivered that does not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a refund provided that the following criteria has been met.

18.104.22.168 In the event of accepting delivery, the waybill should be clearly marked that packaging was damaged when signing acceptance of the delivery. Goods should immediately be inspected for damages. Any damages should be reported within 7 working days to email@example.com.
22.214.171.124 In the event that above criteria have been met the item/s will be exchanged or refunded without any additional charges.

1.1.3 Guarantee / Warrantee claims

184.108.40.206 Guarantee and warrantee claims will be handled according to each manufacturer or supplier’s own policy.
220.127.116.11 Any guarantee or warrantee claims should be submitted in writing to Megawarehouse (Pty) Ltd at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in logging the claim within the guarantee or warrantee period of claimed product.
1.1.4 Cancellation of orders
18.104.22.168 Orders can only be cancelled for refund or exchange within 7 working days.

126.96.36.199 Cancellation of orders will be liable of a cancellation fee which is equivalent to any costs incurred for processing of the order i.e shipping costs, bank charges etc.
188.8.131.52 Cancelled orders will only be refunded if goods are returned un-opened, un-used and un-damaged.

220.127.116.11 Refunds/exchanges do not include the shipping charges shown on the packaging slip/invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid.

For all of the above returns or exchanges we reserve the right to receive and inspect products to validate claims before processing refunds or exchanges.
